At Nikhare, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and transparently. Every order is packed with care and shipped through trusted delivery partners across India and worldwide.

1. Domestic Shipping (India)

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all Prepaid Orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pincodes. COD charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday).
Pre-order or made-to-order items will follow the timeline mentioned on the product page.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, deliveries typically take
3–5 working days for metros,
4–7 working days for other locations.
Remote area timelines may vary as per courier availability.

Please note that Nikhare will not be responsible for delays in delivery on account of courier partners.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, and Email.
You can track your package in real time through our courier partner’s portal.

2. International Shipping

Availability

We ship worldwide to most countries.

Shipping Fees

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Delivery Timelines

International orders usually take 10–20 working days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Customs & Duties

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Delivery Attempts & Courier Issues

If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address/ unavailability and the goods are returned to us, we will reship them once we receive it back and after reaching out to you. Alternatively, we will issue a store credit.
In rare cases of lost or damaged parcels, we will initiate an investigation with the courier. Once confirmed, we will reship your order or issue store credit within 7–10 working days.

4. Packaging & Safety

Every order is packed securely to ensure your jewellery and accessories reach you in perfect condition.
Fragile or premium pieces may include additional protective packaging.
