1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or styling choices.
Returns are accepted only in the rare case where:
- You receive a damaged product, or
- You receive an incorrect product.
Important Conditions
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- A clear unboxing video (from sealed package to product) is mandatory for all claims.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Requests without an unboxing video or raised after 48 hours will not be eligible.
2. Exchanges
- Exchanges are offered only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to availability.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 working days of receipt of the damaged or incorrect items.
- A clear unboxing video (from sealed package to product) is mandatory for all such requests.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Exchanges are not available for:
- Size or design preference
- Color variation due to screen or lighting differences
- Items purchased during sales, offers, or promotions
3. Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds are not the standard practice at Nikhare.
- If an exchange is not possible due to stock limitations, we will issue a store credit of equal value.
- Store credits:
- Are valid for 6 months
- Can be used on any future purchase
- Are non-transferable and non-refundable
Refunds, if exceptionally approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Jewellery and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Sale / discounted / promotional items
- Products showing signs of wear or use
